Staff FPGA Engineer

到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限 Preferred Qualifications: 1. Hands-on experience with SerDes and deserialization technologies, including Xilinx GTH/GTY transceivers, LVDS deserializers, IDELAYE2/3, and ISERDESE2/3 2. Hands-on experience developing instrument control, including PID control, and sorting algorithms is a strong plus. 3. Experience in fixed-point DSP design and FPGA implementation. 4. Familiar with multi-channel synchronization architectures. 5. Excellent English speaking skills and the ability to collaborate deeply with an international team. Position Qualifications: 1. MS degree in Electric Engineering/Computer Sciences or related field. PhD degree is preferred. 2. At least 10 years of hands-on FPGA development experience, including function design, Python/MATLAB modeling, testbench development, RTL simulation, place and route, static timing analysis, timing closure, and constraint development. 3. Proficient in real-time digital signal processing design and implementation in FPGA. Experience in FPGA realization of imaging processing, multi-channel data acquisition, instrument control is a strong plus. 4. Proficient in soft-core processors and ARM hard-core processors. 5. Proficient in FPGA programming and debugging tools, including VHDL or Verilog coding and Xilinx design tools. 6. Proven experience with 10G/25G Ethernet and USB 3.0 FPGA implementations. 7. Experience in low-noise front-end mixed-signal circuit design and multi-channel high-speed data acquisition systems. 8. Strong embedded programming experience in C/C . 9.
