岗位职责: R&R * Lead shopper mkt and channel trade mkt strategy and collaborate with sales/brand mkt to deliver business result * Drive consumer understanding and deliver business insight * Lead strategic portfolio demand generation model(APF/ESSENSIS/NUTURIS), and demand FCST * Drive brand and channel integration include content/channel activation/livestream/design/Red * Lead efficient trade mechanism to serve user growing objective * Manage investment and P&L covering both ANP and TS Qualification * At least 10 years of work experience * Background: E-commerce Trade MKT(preferred), followed by SHOPPER MKT. Sales experience is a plus. * Strong data analysis and insight capabilities, structured business thinking, Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and business models, proactive in driving business growth, resilient and adaptable to change * At least 6 years of team management experience
